The work
What this includes.
New installation
Boards laid tight, then finished in the house. The seams are the job. From the doorway, they should disappear.
Refinishing
Floors that are already down, sanded and finished again when the wood is still sound enough to keep.
Restoration
Worn, patched, or tired boards brought back instead of torn out. We say so on the walkthrough if the floor should go.
The species
Oak, maple, cherry, walnut, exotic species, and engineered hardwood. The walkthrough is where we say which one the room can take.
Most houses take 2–5 days.
That includes prep, installation, and finish. A larger area, or a species that needs longer to acclimate, takes more. The timeline is written into the estimate, before anyone books the work.
Leon started his training in hardwood flooring in Germany. After he moved to the United States the company grew into kitchens, baths, and decks. The floor is still the center of it.
Coverage is Morris County and the towns around it. See the service area.

FAQ
Before you call.
How long does a hardwood installation take?
Most houses take 2–5 days, including prep, installation, and finish. The size of the area and the species change that. You get the timeline with the price.
Can you refinish floors that are already down?
Yes. Refinishing and restoring floors that are already in the house is a core part of the work, when the wood is sound enough to keep. If it is not, we say that at the walkthrough.
Which species do you install?
Oak, maple, cherry, walnut, and exotic species, plus engineered hardwood. We also install vinyl and tile when the house needs more than one floor.
